PRP adds a powerful boost to the treatment: diVa® is performed, then PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is applied to the walls of the vagina. PRP is derived from your own blood and has strong regenerative and healing properties. Biopsy studies show that when PRP is injected back into host tissues, stem cells multiply and grow new younger tissue. PRP stimulates stem cells to grow healthier vaginal tissue.

During this in-office treatment, topical anesthetic numbing cream is applied to minimize any discomfort and you can resume all normal activities immediately after treatment. diVa’s design allows for a comfortable and fast treatment. One session of diVa takes about 45 minutes, including the numbing time. 

Many patients begin with a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, though the recommended treatment plan may vary per patient. Maintenance is typically one treatment per year.
