Microneedling

Microneedling works to rejuvenate your skin by boosting collagen production, which in turn reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and elevates the overall texture of your skin. This is one of our most popular treatments at our clinic.

Consistent treatments are instrumental in maintaining anti-aging and overall health of the skin. Microneedling treats textural issues dealing with pores, acne scars, wrinkles, tightening sagging skin and more.

Microneedling is a collagen-stimulating treatment great for general skin rejuvenation and uses an electric skin needling pen-shaped device made especially for this purpose.  Microneedling is used to stimulate the proliferation of skin cells. This cell multiplication results in the formation of new tissue layers of elastin and collagen fibers as well as new capillaries for an improved blood supply.

Single sessions are available for maintenance as well as package deals.  Purchasing a Package of 3 offers a 10% savings.

Micro-needling targets conditions such as:

  • Mild to moderate acne scarring; any new or old scars
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Loose, lax skin
  • Skin texture and pore size
  • Stretch marks

The device slides along the skin, penetrating the upper layers of the skin. Our Master Aesthetician will customize the best depth of micro-needling for you within the appropriate clinical range. The procedure prompts the body to respond through the creation of new collagen and elastin fibers. In response to the stimulus, the skin plumps and thickens, reducing the appearance of scars and fine lines and wrinkles.

Patients undergoing micro-needling may notice the following results:

  • Improves skin texture and reduces the appearance of wrinkles
  • Stimulates tissue regeneration
  • Disfiguring scars, especially acne scars can be improved as new collagen fibers elevate the depressed scar tissue with the periphery skin
  • Pore size reduction
  • Improves the appearance of stretch marks
  • Boosted results with PRP and Cool Peel®. See the menu options below to select your ideal treatment.

Add on PRP to boost your result: PRP or Platelet-Rich Plasma is derived from your own blood and has powerful regenerative and healing properties. By harnessing your own body's healing power we are able to provide remarkable improvements to your skin, hair and intimate wellness.

Add on Cool Peel® Usually $250 per Cool Peel®, adding this for $50 offers a deep discount. See the treatment menu to select.

  • Growth Factors and beneficial ingredients are delivered deep into the dermis through microchannels created during the procedure.
  • Environ Cool Peels are custom formulated for each patient to reduce redness and inflammation, reducing downtime post-procedure.
  • A custom AHA/BHA solution is selected depending on your goals, creating a synergistic treatment. (AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids and BHA stands for Beta Hydroxy Acids.

How many sessions for treatment of acne scars?
Treatment plans vary from person to person, typically 6-9 sessions show major improvement in appearance of boxcar, icepick, and rolling scars.
Our Master Aesthetician will help determine the best treatment plan for you, while also suggesting topical products to help enhance in-office procedures at home.

Are there any risks or side effects?
Like all cosmetic procedures, microneedling carries some risks. The most common side effect is skin irritation immediately following the procedure.
Most patients leave the office looking slightly red, which is expected to dissipate within 24 hours.
