Scrotox for Men - Botox for the Scrotum

Scrotox is administered by Dr. Partington in-office as a non-surgical procedure.

Informally called Scrotox, the procedure involves injecting Botox® into the scrotum. Botox is injected in the scrotal skin (NOT in the testicles), mostly into the dartos muscle.

Scrotox is exactly what it sounds like — injecting botulinum toxin (Botox®) into the scrotum. The scrotum is the sac of the skin that holds the testicles in place. A topical anesthetic cream is applied to the scrotum, so injections are relatively painless. The result is a smoother and larger appearance with little to no downtime.

Men who receive this procedure have said they first tried it because they heard others talk about improved appearance and increased sensitivity. Whether or not curiosity is what brings them in, the end result seems to be bringing them back. As well as smoothing the skin, Scrotox allows the testicles to hang down further and appear bigger. Much like regular Botox® injections, the results will typically last for around 4 months. $15 per unit. The range of average units performed per treatment is 75 to 100 units. The price above reflects 75 units of Botox®.

He then completed the rigorous 7-year general surgery program at UCLA. Dr. Partington returned to his hometown of New York to study plastic surgery at NYU and then on to San Francisco to be Senior Fellow in hand and microsurgery under the father of microsurgery, Dr. Harry Buncke.

After 10 years of surgery training after medical school, Dr. Partington became Director of Microsurgery at The University of Pennsylvania and The Children's Hospital Philadelphia where he performed the hospital’s first newborn liver transplantation. 

In 1996, Dr. Partington established a premier private practice of plastic surgery here in the Northwest. For the past 30 years, Dr. Partington continues to donate his time and skills to treating children in 3rd world countries and teaching other surgeons from around the world.
