F.A.S.T Lipo
F.A.S.T. Lipo is a process that involves redistribution, reduction, and augmentation techniques integrated into one, single cosmetic procedure. Most forms of liposuction may cause some degree of tissue damage, surface irregularities, and dermal adhesion. However, F.A.S.T. Lipo prevents these while offering you dramatic, but natural-appearing results. Dr. Simeon Wall Jr. of New Orleans initially discovered this method for revisional liposuction procedures.
A patient for this procedure may have the option of doing a fat transfer. Some patients do not desire a fat transfer at all, and this is just fine!
F.A.S.T. Lipo gently removes intact fat that may either be discarded or used for high viability fat transfer to the breasts (LBA) or buttocks (BBL).
Did you know that your fat is referred to in this context as "precious fat" and "liquid gold"! Enjoy this artistry of subtraction/addition contouring of your body, should you opt in for fat transfer.
The F.A.S.T. Lipo technique eliminates lumps, bumps, dents and divots which are commonly associated with alternate modalities. Dr. Partington's approach, "24 Hour Rapid Recovery", eliminates the need for narcotics.
F.A.S.T. LIPO process by Dr. Partington
F = Fat Separation
Dr. Partington first floods the fat with tumescent solution that numbs the area and separates the fat so it is
smoother and easier to remove.
A = Aspiration
Dr. Partington then aspirates or "sucks" the fat out.
S = Smoothing
Dr. Partington turns off the suction and spends extensive time ensuring no lumps, bumps, or divots.
T = Tightening
This is where the garment comes in. We will provide you a garment that you will wear for 4-6 weeks that helps tighten the skin.
This lipo method helps you achieve natural, smooth body contours with minimal downtime and maximum results, all without narcotics! Also, optimizes our ability to artificially sculpt your contours well beyond any results achievable with weight loss and strenuous workout programs.
WHY IS IT CALLED F.A.S.T. LIPO?
The term was coined because of this procedure’s gentle, predictable results. The process includes fat separation and equalization, performed with power-assisted liposuction. This is a gentler form than traditional liposuction. Over 30 years of experience in liposuction has proven to us that no technique or technology consistently delivers the smooth, aggressive contouring of F.A.S.T. Lipo.
WHAT IS POWER-ASSISTED LIPO?
This type of liposuction utilizes a vibrating cannula during the surgery. The vibrations enable a gentler procedure than traditional liposuction. This method allows for precision and a controlled, smooth technique that allows Dr. Partington to sculpt the tissues.
